DHA

DHA is derived from sugar and is the active ingredient in all self-tanning products and spray tanning. DHA mixes with the amino acids on the top-layer of skin producing a 7-10 day browning effect. DHA was approved for use on the body in 1977. South Seas uses organic DHA (Dihydroxyacetone).
