When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day following its submission. An order placed on Friday (after 12 pm Central) or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Orders are not shipped on the following days:
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
Storms, holidays, etc. can incur a 1-3 business day delay.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most domestic and international orders are shipped with FedEx. For domestic orders under 3
pounds, USPS is used.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions, and distance of the package. If you are a business (salon, spa, etc.), avoid residential surcharges by shipping to a business address.
Many businesses add their shipping costs into their products to be able to provide free shipping services. We do not add shipping costs into our product costs. We provide free shipping days throughout the year which usually fall on holidays. Please don’t hesitate to call us to find out when our next free shipping day is!
When will I receive my order?
All orders ship from Oklahoma. If you’re in Oklahoma or a surrounding state, expect 1-2 business days for your shipment to arrive. If you’re located in a state that is further, please allow 3-4 business days. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day following payment (except on weekends). All orders received Friday (after 12 pm Central) will be processed on Monday.

Ground: 2 to 5 business days.
2Day: 2 business days (not including the day you ordered).
Overnight: 1 business day (not including the day you ordered).
United States Postal Service
First Class: 3 to 7 business days.
Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope: 2 to 3 business days.
Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days.

Please keep an eye on the tracking number that is provided for you in your emailed order confirmation. If your order shipped FedEx Ground or USPS, your shipment may experience a 1-2 days delivery delay.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses?
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Canadian shipping is available through our website. Outside of Canada and the Continental U.S., we ship to most international locations. To find out if we can ship to your international address (outside of Continental U.S.), please email: email@example.com. In your email, please include the items/quantities you’re seeking plus your shipping address.We will respond with an international shipping quote and draft invoice for you to review!
How do I track my order?
When an order is placed through our website, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an additional email from FedEx or USPS notifying you of your tracking number. Once this email is received, the tracking number will go “live” as soon as it’s received its first scan (from
the shipping carrier).
How do I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
If needing to cancel or modify an order after it’s been submitted, please contact us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (970-461-9200) within 30 minutes of order submission.
What can I do if I entered the incorrect shipping address on my order and it’s been shipped?
Please contact us ASAP so we can help facilitate in updating your order to the correct address. Please note, once an order is in transit, South Seas cannot guarantee the address can be updated. *South Seas does not take responsibility for orders that the online address fields were entered incorrectly by the user.
What can I do if my order has been returned to South Seas due to an insufficient address?
Once your order has been returned to our shipping department, we will reach out to you through email and phone to confirm the correct shipping address and reship.
